In case of cancellation you are required to login to your account and select room you want to cancel.
No Cancellation Charge will be deducted if cancelled 21 days prior to Check-in date.
In event of Cancellation received less than 21 days prior to the Check-in date:
Between 21 to 15 days, 15% to be deducted.
Between 14 to 7 days, 25% to be deducted.
Between 6 days to 48 hours, 50% to be deducted.
Less than 48 hours or no show, 100% to be deducted.
The refund (if any) shall be processed within seven to fourteen working days, and shall be remitted through the same channel through which the original booking was done.
All reservation and cancellation dispute shall be settled mutually or alternatively shall exclusively subject to Jurisdiction of Honorable Ahmedabad High Court of Gujarat State.
